The web site is split up into sections to help you easily find what you are looking for. You can access these sections by clicking the links on the left hand side of the page. Within each of these sections you can find information on our guarantee to you, and our service levels commitment. You can also search for an agent, or select one in your area.
If you are looking for someone close to you you can select your area from the drop down box, marked 2. If you want to be more specific you can search for a particular town, postcode or a business name using the search box, marked 1. You will then be shown a list of all of the agents from our database who match your search or who are in the area you selected.
The agents who match your search or who are in the area you selected are shown five to a page. If more than five agents match what you are looking for they will be spread over multiple pages. You can get more information on any of the agents by clicking the 'more information' button. This will take you to a page displaying all of the agent's details.
